01 — Psycho-education

Third Hand Healing’s main goal is to provide information about mental health and wellness to indivudils, communities and the work force. We offer several workshops to help our community members and corporations develop tools to live a healthier lifestyle.

02 — Art Therapy

Art Therapy is a Pscyhotherapy intervention that uses visual art as a vehicle for communication. By utilizing non-judgmental art making, the art therapist helps their client explore emotions, behaviors and undiscovered thought patterns.

Our collective members are trained in Art Psychotherapy. We can help you connect with any clinician of your choice!

03 — EMDR Intervention

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a type of therapy that helps people heal from difficult or traumatic experiences. Through guided eye movements or other gentle techniques, it helps your brain reprocess upsetting memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming. Many people find it reduces anxiety, emotional distress, and negative beliefs tied to past events. Over time, it can help you feel more in control, confident, and at peace.

When combined with art therapy, EMDR becomes even more powerful, allowing you to explore feelings creatively while gently working through trauma in a way that feels safe and supportive.

04 —Cognitive Behavioral Method

Cognitive Behavioral Methodology is a widely recognized clinical approach that supports those who experiencing anxiety, depression or emotional dysregulation. This intervention addresses the ability to shift how you think, therefore assisting in changing your perception.

05 — Mending Interpersonal Relationship

Healthy relationships play a huge role in our overall well-being. They help us feel connected, supported, and understood. Interpersonal interventions in therapy focus on healing relationship wounds, improving communication, and rebuilding trust with the people who matter most. At the same time, they help you strengthen your sense of self so you can better understand your needs, set boundaries, and make thoughtful decisions about which relationships are worth nurturing. We all need connection, but it’s also important to know when to protect your peace. Finding that balance can lead to more fulfilling, authentic relationships with others and with yourself.

06 — Stress Relief /Holistic Support

Therapeutic Art supports the process of actively utilizing creation to enhance physical, mental, and emotional understanding in a public setting. We provide therapeutic art during community events, staff meetings and school gathers.

Meditation, Yoga, Somatic Work and Personal Journaling are additional services we offer through our collective members. Stress management can become better sorted with these offerings.
